A lovely composition, Aaja Re, by virtue of being the first song that I 'recorded', is very close to my heart. It is also special because it is an original sound track, which warranted my own style of singing. Every time I listen to it though, I can think of a million places where I could have sung better. A wonderful experience all the same.

'Valayosai' means 'the sound of bangles', another striking number, sung by SPB and Lata Mangeshkar.
